...this was the 21st Gerlos Lake Run!
On Sunday August 29th 2010 the Gerlos Lake Run took place for its 21st time already. Against all cloudy forecasts the weather gods had an understanding with the nearly 200 participants from all over Europe. Clear sky and comfortable temperatures created best conditions for this year's lake run. Even the sun stopped by.
And in the end the course record (40:08.7 minutes) wos broken!

1st Place (M 30): Jonathan Koilegeai with a new best time of 39:59.1 minutes
1st Place (M 60): Gottfried Schiestl (ASKÖ Villach)
1st Place (M 50): Dr. Winfried Huber (SC Tölz)
1st Place (M 40): Franz Rainer (LG Pletzer Hopfgarten)
1st Place (M 20): Stefan Wildauer (Rennteam im Alpbachtal)
1st Place Juveniles M: Stafan Fuchs (LG Deker Itter) - an exceptional 14 year old boy!

1st Place (W 50): Maria Emberger (LG Pletzer Hopfgarten) - day's best time women
